In honor of goal making and accountability, I created a short video that explains some of my goals.
I do hope to include more video in 2013. They'll get better. I promise.
To sum up my goals, I'd like to:
- Run faster, conquering a sub 25:00 5K
- Eat healthier, trying at least two new recipes a month

- Train harder, achieving strong, beautiful arms
- Read more, finishing at least 12 books
- Serve more, including CharityMiles and community service with my husband
